  • Above terms are based on camera-ready artwork. If you require the services of our graphic designer to create your ad, the cost is $250 for full page or $150 for half page.

  • Please note this is NOT a complimentary room, since it has a cash value of $1,500 (full page) or $950 (half page).

  • There is no expiration date on this contract, otherwise the cash value under option one will apply.

  • This contra agreement acts as a confirmed agreement at your property with a 7 days release period, and should not be denied unless we have received a stop sales in advance or black out dates specified by the hotel upon signing this deal.

  • Under the contra options, we reserve the right to deny the participation of the property in our brochure if black out dates are too restrictive.

    Advertising material should be accompanied by an actual-size, hard-copy proof. Pdf proofs are acceptable electronically but we will not guarantee colours without proper pre-press colour proofs. Please check your material before sending as we are not responsible for proofreading.

    FTP TRANSFERS: We will accept FTP (file transfer protocol) for advertising material.

    ACCEPTED APPLICATIONS: QuarkXPress 7 (or earlier), CS1-Illustrator & Photoshop, Hi-res PDF (PDFX1a). All files should be CMYK. We will convert any files from RGB, but we cannot be responsible for the colour shift which will occur.

    ARTWORK FILES: Provide the original art file in its native format along with any imported images. Provide all fonts. Please ensure image resolution of 300 dpi for images and 1200 dpi for line art. All Adobe Illustrator files must have fonts converted to outline and all links embedded. CS1 compatibility. Name any colours used in files with a unique name, not “blue” etc.

    BINDING: Gutter safety of 1/2" should be allowed on both sides for on all ads. Bleed should be allowed on all edges. There will be a wrapper on the top and outside edge.
